April 28, 2010- Food Log






Ok, today is day 10 and I've been doing pretty good. My delicous meals of the day included:





1. Green Smoothie (grapes, spinach, apple, carrots, banana and yogurt) - You should defintely try it.


2. 1C of oatmeal w/ brown sugar & almonds


3. Strawberries & blueberries w/ whipped cream


4. Salmon sandwich w/ lettuce , skim mozzorella cheese & spinach w/ veggie soup


5. Popcorn


6. Turkey sandwich (turkey, avacado, cheese on 12 grain bread)

Day 10- S&A/ INSANITY ARRIVES!!!!!!!

Hey people. Today I had to do Shoulder & Arms. I really pushed myself today. I was sweating up a storm this morning. I kicked ass when it came to the tricep dips. I usually get pooped when I get to my 8th rep- but today- I did a total of 36 reps. A big improvement from my 1st work out (27 dips total). That's a big jump for a one week difference. :-) I'm anxious to see what I'll do next week.


I've read, reviewed and chatted with many people regarding this program- so I'm so happy to post that my INSANITY workouts has arrived. I'm so damn excited. As I'm posting this I am WATCHING the fit test. This shit is CCCRRRAAAZZZYYY!!!!. My heart rate is increasing just by watching the damn routine. I think the jack push ups & the low plank obliques will kill me :-(


I gotta get my damn heart rate monitor.


I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do..... I might do P90 in the AM and INSANITY in the PM. But I can't commit to that 100% as yet- I have to test it out for at least a week and then I'll make a definite decision.


Alright- I'm ready for it- what about you!!!
