Day 7- Weigh In #1

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to update you guys on my progress.  I jumped on the scale this morning and I'm happy to say that I lost 4lbs.

 I'm went from 238 to 234 in 6 days.

I know this sounds wack, but if I can do it- you sure can.

Let's keep it going folks.

Day 6- Plyometrics Cardio Circuit (668)

Good Night/Morning Folks,

I almost didn't make it but.......... I completed day 6 at 12 midnight on Sunday morning.  I had an extra busy day today and I kept pushing my workout down my to do list.  Well needless to say, by the time I finished all my ripping and running, I was exhausted, but there was something in me that was determined to stick to the given schedule.  My husband on the other hand... not so much. He was ready to make today his rest day and work out tomorrow (Sunday).  Now I'm not going to lie, it was tempting, I even sat down and watched some TV, but for some reason my mind kept going back to Shaun T.  So I had enough of him taunting my mind and decided to get up and work out.  I turned to Troy & said "Babes, I'm going to push play right now- you don't have to do it with me, but I sure would like the company."  Of course he moaned and groaned b/c he was afraid that he was going to throw up his dinner that he ate 6 hours before.  (We had dinner at 6PM & pushed play at midnight).  Even though I was also afraid of throwing up- I sucked up my fears and went to my gym (aka) the garage.  By time the DVD was loaded- the hubby was right next to me ready to get started.  :-) Yay!

So of course, Plyo was difficult. I have to admit- the ABSOLUTE hardest part of this  work out is the level 1 drills leading into the ski abs & finally the in & outs.  Oh goodness. I'm telling you- the number one reason I have to stop is b/c my wrists feel like they may break under the pressure of my weight. The 2nd reason I would stop is b/c my damn legs feel like noodles.  LOL.   Now let me say, the last time I did Insanity, I could do about 15-18 regular push ups.  NOW!!! I can barely do 4 at a time (that's if you want to call what I do a push up) so that's an area I'm going to focusing on. A personal goal.

Make a personal goal for yourself when you're working out. Regardless of your fitness level. Nothing beats the feeling of surpassing your goals.

Ok, so that's it for today folks. Oh yeah.. I plan on doing weekly weigh ins. So I'll post my results on Sunday/Monday.

Until Next Time.... Coach BB
