I forgot to post yesterday. I was a little busy. But I have to give you all an update.
MONTH 1 IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Ok, so now that the excitement has died down- I've enjoyed my Rest Day in preparation for Recovery week. But my recovery week wouldn't really be a "rest" week b/c I've decided to do a little bit more. Now by "a little bit" I mean:
Adding Rev Abs in the AM
Insanity as schedules &
P90x on Monday, Wednesday & Friday ( I need that weight training)
I'm going to be doing this challenge w/ a couple of friends & it all starts TOMORROW. Whew!! I'm so excited to add this variety. I also purchased a couple of cookbooks and I'm ready to kick my diet into high gear too. YES!!
