Day 10- Plyometrics Cardio Circuit (744)

Oh goodness. I pushed myself really hard today.  I am super happy to say that today, I completed the entire WARM UP WITHOUT STOPPING.  I also burned the most calories today than I've done in any other workout so far. :-D


I'm so happy that I dug super deep tonight. However, I struggles so freaking hard to do the level 1 drills, ski abs and in & outs.  That is the absolute hardest part of the entire workout. I can't believe that we have to do them 3 freaking times.  When I finish the 1st round I'm ready to cool down and call it a day. Thank goodness for Shaun T b/c he knows exactly when to motivate and push you.  


What's next.......SHAKEOLOGY!!! When you mix it w/ fruits it EXTRA filling. 


I hope everyone is doing well on their fitness journey. Keep up pushing on.

Day 9- Pure Cardio (548) 2/8/11

Hey Guys!


Sorry for the super late post. Haha. 


Week 2- Day 2.  I really want to let you guys know that I'm going strong with Insanity. I know it's kind of early in the program to say that- but I'm definitely going INSANE.  I feel great. I feel energetic.  I feel so much better than I did before starting Insanity. 


I had my shakeology today and it was great. 


The workout today was hard.  I struggled through it again, but I made it through anyway.  I hope you all are digging deep.
