Day 10 Continued

Ok, so now I'm at the end of the day. My diet was ok-well maybe it was off a little bit. I went to a job fair today and was busy talking to hundreds of candidates so I really didnt get a chance to eat properly. On top of that- I brought my lunch, but I left it in my car. So I decided to get some of the food that was provided.

Here goes...

1. bacon, egg & cheese on ww bread (turkey bacon) w/ OJ
2. Mixed fruits (grapes, pineapples, strawberries, canteloupe )
3. Chicken breast (fried then mixed into a sauce- it was an Italian dish & I don't remember the name of it) w/ roasted marinated mixed veggies (eggplant, carrots, squash) and a stuffed shell (stuffed w/ spinach & cheese- i think).
Note- I didn't eat much of this stuff b/c I was extemely full after eating 1/4 of my plate.
4. Kashi nutrigrain bar
5. I don't know what I'm going to eat as yet- but I'll post tomorrow.

UPDATE:  I had a bowl of Special K chocolate cereal w/ almond milk.

Day 10- Plyo Cardio Circuit (PCC)

I DID IT!!!

Today, I got up at 5AM and completed my Plyo cardio circuit workout. Yay!!! I'm very happy that I just completed my workout.

Plyo had suicide drills, mountian climbers, push ups, floor runs (i don't know the name for it) scissor runs- oh goodness... within 15 minutes of the video (including the 10 minute warm-up & stretch) I was pooped. I mean, I really wanted to push STOP instead of PLAY. However, I didn't do it, I made it through the work outs. Shaun T- I love your workouts.

Off to work, I got a long day of recruiting ahead of me. TTYL
