Day 18- May 6th

So, for the last couple of days I've been implementing my new P90x/Insanity hybrid. However, I had a family emergency that pulled me away from my workouts for 2 days. So I've been playing catch up. Today I did P90x Plyometrics, Shoulders & Arms and ARX. It was the BOMB. My body is so damn tired and soar- that my eyes are currently closed as I type this message. LOL..... Any way- I had a pretty good day, I didn't eat as good as I should have- but I didn't do that bad.

Food Log
1.5 cups of old fashioned oatmeal w/ raisins, brown sugar and almonds & almond milk
Masaman Curry w/ brown rice
Strawberries w/ whipped cream
1/4 cup of almonds
Tons of water- I really lost track of how many times I went to the bathroom today. SMH- I kinda wish that I had a back up bladder, so I didn't have to go & potty so often. LOL. Well it's clear that I didn't eat enough today- This will change, effective immediately.
