Let's get to it....
Rev Abs was good. I got a nice burn and it was a good way to wake my ass up b/c I was feeling like a lazy ass bum this morning. So I had energy. It was like drinking 5 hour energy.
Insanity- on the other hand, was like drinking sleep medicine. I fucking HATE this work out. I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate hate hate hate hate hate hate........HHHHHAAAAAATTTTTTTTEEEEEEE this workout. It sucks so much. It's boring, boring BORING. I never thought I would say this, but this work out sucks so badly. Now typically, I hate workouts b/c I can't really do the moves- but there is nothing in this workout that I can't do. Do I have some struggles- yes- but it's just too damn slow paced for me. I did get a good burn. My arms and legs & abs did get a good workout. But I literally had to talk myself out of going on the roof and jumping the hell off b/c of this damn workout video. I'm no punk and I'll be damned to give up. So even though I wanted to break my TV and stop working out- I pushed through it. I'm officially going to hate the next 3 Thursday workouts. SMH.
Ok, now that I'm done throwing my tantrum- I burned 698 calories doing these 2 workouts.
I'm on day 2 of my cleanse and so far so good. WooHoo!!!!
