Day 24- Cardio Power & Resistance

Hey everyone,


This morning I woke up and did my morning workout. I feel  pretty good.  I didn't kill myself today, however I did get  in a good sweat. 


So today we had the normal warm up
Run, power jacks, log jumps, 123 heismans, butt kicks, high knees & jumps (3x- increasing speed w/ each round)  I didn't  complete this warmup w/o stopping :-( But there's always tomorrow. 


Round 1
Power Jumps, Hit the floors, V push ups (3x- increasing in each round)


Tricep Dips- 1st set is with both feet on the ground, 2nd set you have to put up 1 leg, 3rd set you have to put up the opposite leg.  These suckers hurt. 


Then there's ball v push ups.  I like this move. It makes me feel tiny. Hehehehe


Round 2
Hurdle jumps, moving push ups, floor sprints & something else ( IDK what). 3x each time increasing your numbers.  Ouch!!


Finally we move into 8 squat jumps/8 push ups. Now you have to do this 4x at a consistent pace.  Why in the world is this at the end of a work out. It's so hard when you don't have any energy left.  *sigh*


Well, that was my workout for today.  Off to prep for work.  Layta guys.
