BADD Girls: Facebook Group!!!!

BADD stands for BOLD- AMAZING-DETERMINED- DIVAS!!!!!


This an amazing facebook group filled of team beachbody women who are making things happen. We are losing weight and getting in shape.


I know you are looking for a group of women who will motivate, inspire, push, jump and workout with you. 


This group is great for me because I'm not PHYSICALLY surrounded by people who want and need to work out. I'm accustomed to doing this journey by myself. It's extremely refreshing to have a group of ladies who are all on the same road as myself. We are all at different parts of the journey, but we all have the same destination. 


This group will be great for you because....
WE WANT TO MOTIVATE YOU!!! WE WANT TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS.

Day 23- Cardio Power & Resistance (722)

Good Night Folks, 


Today I had a wonderful day. I did great on my diet & I did AWESOME on my workout.  I did a total of 56 power jumps. WHAT!!!!!!!  I also did well w/ my floor sprint and moving push-ups. I'm feeling great.  Believe it or not... my only problem w/ this workout is the damn tricep dips. SMH- I can't do those at all. It feels like the 1st time every time. 


I even got my sister to join me and I must say... she has improved a lot. When she first started doing Insanity workouts, she would say "I can't do this" or "There's no way I'm doing that- I'm too big". Today- she was WAY BETTER.  She did everything to the best of her ability. She didn't constantly stop and she pushed really hard.  I feel like a proud momma. LOL


Also, I recently joined a group of  BADD Girls- who take fitness very seriously. We are all determined to help each other and you. If you're intersted in getting motivation, tips, ideas... feel free to contact me for more details- I promise you wouldn't regret it. :-)

Day 22- Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (800+)

Ok, this is going to be short and sweet.......................


I got 5 hours a sleep last night. I woke up to a phone call from my best friend/sister who was in labor (8AM).  


I was at the hospital from 9:30AM-9:30 PM.  I then had to drive home (1 more hour) and guess what?????????




I PUSHED PLAY TODAY AND I GAVE IT ALL I HAD (and I had a lot) 


I'm tired- going to bed. I'm ready for Week 4/ Day 2. 


Oh yeah: I now have a healthy little niece name Jordin. Bless her little heart.
