Day 3- Cardio Power & Resistance (682)

Day 3 in the books.

I have to admit... I barely had the energy (or the will) to the do the workout today. REAL TALK.  The mistake I made was that I didn't work out in the morning.  So tonight at 7:30PM I decided push play. It was hard and I felt sluggish, but I have to admit- it felt good once the blood started pumping.  Today, I got my sister to join me and my hubby on the workout. It was fun and the time went by a lot faster.  My food today was good, for breakfast I had oatmeal, lunch I had a chicken breast sandwich & dinner I had a chicken salad sandwich (made w/ mustard).  I drank tons of water and 1 cup of milk. 

After the workout I was hungry... I knew Shakeology wouldn't cut it for me tonight so I had a garden salad. It was delicious.

Ok, tomorrow is a recovery day. I'm looking forward to it.  :-)
