Hey Guys!
It's been a while since I've last posted b/c I've had a crazy week of ups and downs.
I felt defeated because I haven't been been losing much weight during the INSANE journey. I missed a couple days, but I was able to make up most of the workouts. I was also stressing because of some personal issues- but we're not going to get into that.
So here's the week in review:
Day 41
Day 42
Day 43-Max Cardio- 715
Day 44 Max Interval Circuit- 1086
Day 45- Max Plyo- 820
Day 46- Max Recovery-700 (I still hate this work out)
Day 47- Max Cardio & Insane Abs- 1130
Day 48- Max Interval Sports Training....... not completed as yet.... unplanned rest day due to a busy ass Saturday
Day 49- Rest Day
I'm planning on completing Max IST in week 8. I may do it in the morning just so I'm sure that I didn't skip any workouts.
On a better note- my husband and I recently booked our flights to travel in the summer. We'll be in the hot sun for 3 full weeks. YES!!! So of course- I'm super excited about getting fit for this vacation. I'm so excited I can barely contain myself. So now I have a goal date and a goal weight to reach.
I'm super happy that we are only 2 weeks away from completing this Insane Journey. I'll try my best to update my journey daily.
