Saturday- A very busy day. This weekend my sister and I treated my mom to the Circus du Soleil show. It was GREAT!!! Its a must see. Well, that show encouraged me to push play on my Yoga X. I watched these people do things that I didn't even know the human body was capable of doing.
Sunday- my "rest day" was a really busy day, I took my dogs to the park for some exercise. Came home and started organizing my garage so I can have a gym. That took me about 6 hours. So this wasn't a rest day and I'm so soar.
Well tomorrow I'm hitting Insanity's Cardio power & resistance in the A.M. and P90x-chest, shoulders & triceps/ARX in the P. M. I'm so ready for the challenge.
Food
Saturday: Kashi cereal, cereal bar, stewed chicken w/ roti, shrimp w/ mushroom soup (a Thai dish) and 1 crab cake.
Sunday: Brown rice w/ sauted chicken & cucumber salad, chocolate whey protein shake w/ banana & peanut butter, 2 slices of fiber/flax bread w/ peanut butter.
Lots of water on both days.
Oh yeah, by the way- I'm 2 days away from my official 30 day weigh in. Wish me luck.
