Hey Folks,
I wanted to hit you guys up with a quick update. Day 19 was a REST DAY for me. So on Day 20- I did CP&R. It was awesome. I never thought I would have so much fun doing this workout but I have to say- I was kicking some serious ass when it came down to the jump squats & moving push ups. I'm actually impressed w/ myself. I felt really good about this workout.
Tomorrow I will complete week 3. I'm so happy. :-)
I hope you guys are still pushing it. Keep up the great work.
