Ok guys, you already know that I've recently re-focused on doing Insanity. Today was week 2, day 1. I had Cardio Power & Resistance. It was bananas!!!!!! I woke up and got my sweat on!!!!!
Food for today:
1. Oatmeal w/ almond milk w/ brown sugar & raisins
2. Cereal fruit bar
3. Brown rice w/ shrimp stir fry (no soy sauce)
4. Fiber one snack bar
5. Chicken salad w/ whole wheat crackers
6. Lots of water. Yeah baby
