Day 9- Pure Cardio HELL!!!!

So today was PURE CARDIO HELL (PCH). OMG, I did this workout before, but it felt like the 1st time. I can't take it. I felt like my lungs were giving up on me. Well PC(H) is all drills that last a total of 1 minute each. Oh goodness, there's frog jumps, switch kicks, suicides, ski jumps, football runs, pedals, jack push ups & a whole bunch of other stuff. Oh my goodness!!!! In 39 minutes I burned a total of 712 calories. I was drippin in sweat all the way through this workout.

I was supposed to do this routine this morning, but I couldn't role out of bed. I was so beat- as the day progressed I realized why.... I'm coming down with a cold. AAAGGGHHHHH!!! I'm a little upset about it b/c Cold = Miserable Brownie. I was all stuffy all day. I had to come home and really push myself to push play.,

On top of that, I was really, REALLY hungry today. So I came to the conclusion that my breakfast wasn't heavy enough- which lead to my day full of cravings.

So here's my daily grub.

1. Cereal (no wonder I was starving) w/ almond milk
2. Pear ( I might as well drank a cup of water)
3. Activia peach yogurt (not a fan, but I bought 8 of them so I will eat it)
4. Brown rice w/ grilled chicken in a tomato sauce
5. Popcorn (individual bag- light butter)
6. Baked chicken with collard greens (no pork included)

I'm really hoping the last meal hits the spot- if not, I'll be drinking a cup of tea or water & going to my bed. Alright guys, I'll check in tomorrow.
