So, after the not so great weigh in this morning, my day went pretty well. I sulked for a little bit- but decided that I will not be defeated. I will push past this "mishap" and continue on my journey. The old Brownie would have thrown in the towel, cry and stomp her feet and go out and by something ridiculously delicious- but not so healthy meal and binge. Those days are over with- b/c I know that at the end of it all, I would feel like crap. So today I had to do CST w/ARX & Cardio P&R. Unfortunately, my weigh in had a negative affect on my mood this morning and I didn't push play. However, this evening, I came home and pushed play for Cardio P&R & ARX. 2 out of 3- not bad. Oh but fear not- I will catch up before the week is over.

Day 30- New Weight & Measurements
Ok, lets get right to it.....
Day 1/Day 30
Weight: 218.8lbs /216.8lbs
Waist: 44/42 (-2in)
Chest: 46/46
Hips: 46/45.5 -(.5)
R. Arm: 12/12
L. Arm: 12/12
R. Thigh: 26/25 (-1)
L. Thigh: 26/25 (-1)
Body fat 2 weeks ago 47.9%
Body fat today- 48.3%
So there you have it- I worked my butt off and I lost 2lbs & 4.5 inches & gained . 5% body fat.
What the heck???????

Day 29- Rest day- Again?!?!?!?
So today, I wasn't up for the workout. No matter how I tried to motivate myself and push myself- I just couldn't muster up the motivation (not the energy), to push play today. Crappy- I know. So I decided to take my 30 days after picture and....... I look exactly the same. So I'm not going to be suprised when I step on the scale and it says that I didn't lose any weight.
Feeling really sucky right now. *sigh*. Next posting- weigh in........
My Food for today:
1. Organic cereal
2. Pear
3. chicken salad sandwich on 12 grain bread (mustard instead of mayo)
4. 12 almonds
5. spagetti w/ minced lean beef & mixed veggies
