My Food for today:
1. Organic cereal
2. Pear
3. chicken salad sandwich on 12 grain bread (mustard instead of mayo)
4. 12 almonds
5. spagetti w/ minced lean beef & mixed veggies
Feeling really sucky right now. *sigh*. Next posting- weigh in........
