Day 29- Rest day- Again?!?!?!?

So today, I wasn't up for the workout. No matter how I tried to motivate myself and push myself- I just couldn't muster up the motivation (not the energy), to push play today. Crappy- I know. So I decided to take my 30 days after picture and....... I look exactly the same. So I'm not going to be suprised when I step on the scale and it says that I didn't lose any weight.

My Food for today:

1. Organic cereal

2. Pear

3. chicken salad sandwich on 12 grain bread (mustard instead of mayo)

4. 12 almonds

5. spagetti w/ minced lean beef & mixed veggies



Feeling really sucky right now. *sigh*. Next posting- weigh in........
