6. Turkey & provolone sandwich w/ plantains
7. Whey protien chocolate shake
8. tons of water
I didn't exercise today due to some personal matters. Tomorrow will be my "2nd Monday" and I will kick butt for Insanity and P90x. Lets see what happens.....
