Day 37- MAX PLYO (859)



This workout was HARD. I seriously had to take breaks just to avoid throwing up.  I mean, everything I ate today was sitting in my chest on it's way up by the time we started the 1st circuit.  I'm not going to lie- I almost missed this workout today.  This morning- I woke up ready feeling all pitiful- due to some personal stuff I have going on.  I tried to push it to the back of my mind and push play- that didn't work one bit.  I was able to half ass my way through 20 minutes of the workout before deciding to quit.


Of course I decide to jump on the Team Beachbody message boards and facebook for some motivation. And of course I got it- but in a form that I didn't expect.  Someone posted in the following 


"A friend just posted this, love it!!! --- Breaking News: The Pity Train has just derailed at the intersection of Suck It Up & Move On and crashed into We All Have Problems before coming to a complete stop at Get the Hell Over It ~ enjoy the rest of your day ;)"


It was all the motivation I needed.  So tonight- after watching the Biggest Loser- I got my ass up and I pushed play.  I realized that if I want to drop some serious pounds by June- I really need to get my act together and avoid slipping into these pitty parties.  So  I'm so happy to say that I sweated a lot- I almost threw up- and I'm smiling b/c I love it. 



OMG!!!! Why Oh Why have I committed myself to such pain?  Why does Shaun T have so many variations of a freaking push up?  Someone please help me understand.  
The pogo is hard for me b/c of balance. 
While I was doing the squat jumps- I felt a twinge in my back- (I didn't keep my form proper)- so I had to slow down some to avoid any severe injury.  
I really like the squat push-ups even though I can't push myself back back up into the squat position. SMH- I got to work on that.  
I also have to work on the POWER JACKS-  I think that's what it's called- It the push up when you do a push up and then jump back on to your feet.  I can't do that- so I simply do a push- up followed by an in & out move. 
Power Jumps are so hard after doing all the other moves. SMH- I suffered through it- but I did it. 
There were also side push ups, one-legged V push up- Push ups out my ASS. My shoulders are going to be so soar tomorrow.  Anyway- Max day #3 coming up.......
