This morning, I woke up feeling EXCELLENT. For some reason I was excited to do Cardio Recovery today. I guess it's b/c it's less strenuous. But OMG this workout is no joke. Squat and hold, lunge and hold, pulse... pulse...PULSE. Have mercy on my legs- Please!!!!! LOL
Overall it was a good workout- I felt every single move I made- and it hurt so good. LOL. Well until tomorrow folks. Keep digging deep and pushing play.

Day 16 (Plyo) & Day 17 (Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs)- (1537)
Hey Guys,
Tuesday absolutely sucked for me. I don't know why, but I just couldn't muster up the energy/drive to do my Plyo workout. I went into my gym/garage- pushed play and started the warm up..... and realized that I was half assing my way thru the entire thing. So I stopped.
I decided to occupy my time with doing other things- I went online, I searched for motivation from my fellow friends on FB & Team Beachbody, but for the life of me the motivation was far far away. So I called my sister... the same one who's supposed to be doing this with me. (side note: my husband is in NYC most of the week so he can't do it w/ me every day) I asked her if she's going to work out when she got home in the evening. She said "YES". Now I'm thinking "GREAT"- there's no way I'm going to punk out if I have a partner w/ me. The evening comes and my sister asks me to go w/ her on some errands. Against better judgement I went b/c of course at this time it was 7PM and I was already starting to feel sluggish (my body was going into the relaxing zone). So when we get back- I go straight into the gym (b/c I went out w/ my gym clothes- lol) and pushed play. I yell to my sister... you got 5 minutes woman. LETS GOOOOOOOO (in my best Shaun T voice) and this heffa turns to me and says- "oh no! not tonight- I'm too tired and I gotta wake up extra early for work".
AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
So my motivation flew right out the garage door. SMH. So I decided that I'm going to do my Plyometrics, PC & Abs the following morning (Wednesday).
Now that I'm well rested and have a new attitude on Wednesday, I push play and smash my Plyo workout. I burned 650 calories. I tried to keep the momentum going into Pure cardio- but once I got to those damn switch kicks I was near death. LOL. So I stopped. Once again, I'm hoping that my partner will help me over this hump in the evening. Sure enough- history repeats itself and she doesn't want to work out. So now I'm determined not to go to sleep w/o pushing play again. I had all this extra energy out of nowhere and BOOM!!!!!!!! I did Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs burning a total of 887. Woo Hoo.
Now I would like to talk about Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs for a minute...
Pure Cardio- To me it feels like death in a gift box. LOL. I say this b/c when you start it Shaun T says he's nervous. So if this fit monster is afraid- then I should be freaking terrified. I don't appreciate those damn switch kicks. I especially don't like level 2 drills. My upper body strength has completely disappeared and I can barely squeeze out 10 push ups at a time. But I'll get better..God willing.
Cardio Abs- even though we do no crunches- this damn workout is a pain in my back (literally). My lower back hurts a lot when doing this video. It feels great in the end, but good God I wish my back didn't hurt so much.
If you guys have any tips or suggestions PLEASE SEND THEM MY WAY B/C I CAN SURELY USE YOUR ADVISE.
