Day 4- Cardio Recovery + Plyometrics (433)

Nighty Night Guys.  


I'm super late w/ my post today but I have to let you all know that I pushed play today... Hooray!!!!


I did my recovery workout and good God Almighty... I completely forgot how tough these workouts are. 


Slow squats, slow lunges, pulsing squats/lunges and  a bunch of plank work. Whew!!!!! My muscles were trembling and crying out for help. Of course, I loved it.  


My sister felt like it was too slow for her, so she decided that she wanted to do some Plyometrics. So of course I stayed as motivation- for both her and for me.  We worked out to the Plyo and suffered severely. Haha. 


I have it noted that I burned 433 calories, but I stopped my calorie counter when I finished Cardio Recovery... I'm certian I burned at least another 450-550 calories doing Plyo... but who's counting???


I had a good time today working out and finished my night off w/ some chocolate shakeology.  Yummmm. 


Ok folks- Day 4 in the books. And I'm ready for day 5.  Keep pushing play!!!
