April 29, 2010- Yoga X
I completed Yoga X for the 2nd time. It's taking me time to get adjusted. The one think I can say is that it really works you out. Wow!! I started sweating within 10 minutes of exercise. I only completed the 1st half of Yoga. I didn't have enough energy to complete the 2nd half.
On another note- I previously posted that I received my Insanity videos. Today, I completed my own version of a P90x/INSANITY hybrid. I'm very excited.
