I did it!!! Again!!!! I completed the CORRECTION- I completed the entire WARM UP without stopping. (my previous posting said I completed the entire workout. )SMH- I guess I was a little too excited. I'm on a rolllllllll. LOL.
Yes today was PC & CA. I enjoyed it as usual. Of course it kicked my @$$. For some reason I couldn't do not one push up jack. SMH- my arms were saying- "no, no, no no". So I decided to leave those alone and go ahead to the stretch. Whew baby, that stretch felt- GGGrrrreeeeaaaattttt (in my tony the tiger voice).
