Hey Guys. I had a crazy hectic weekend but I still managed to stay on target with my workouts.
Yesterday- I did CC&B on schedule. I just completed my fit test 3... here goes my results
Switch Kicks: 52-63-56 (-7) Uggghhhh
Power Jacks: 50-57-56 (-1) Seriously?!?!
Power Knees: 84-118-105 (-13) Oh Come On!!!!!
Power Jumps: 11-22-38 (+16) Yes!!!, Finally some improvement
Globe Jumps: 7-8-8 (+0) Aww man...
Suicide Drills: 4-5-6(+1) I really hate this move, but at least I improved.
Pushup Jacks: 9-10-15 (+5) My hard work is paying off. Nice work.
Obliques: 40-40-50 (+10) Woo Hoo!!!!!
Ok, I didn't do as good as I expected. I'm not very happy with the results- but I know I can do better. I had a hectic weekend and I think that may have played a part in my results.
I'm super ready to start MAX MONTH. YES!!!!!!
