Ok, so I finally get a chance to push play.... I pushed very hard tonight.
The Insanity fit test is BANANAS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are my statistics from the fit test
Switch Kicks: 55
Power Jacks: 40
Power Knees: 80
Power Jumps: 16
Globe Jumps: 7
Suicide Jumps: 7
Push-up Jacks: 14
Low planks obliques: 34
Lord knows, this fit test was so very hard. I NEVER- EVER sweat so hard during a workout (and that says a lot considering the fact that I used to go to the gym 3-4 hours per day). After doing Insanity- P90x felt like a cake walk. LOL
P90x today was chest/back. I pushed myself really hard and increase a lot of my numbers. I am completely pooped right now. Ab ripper X was a killer- as usual. I'm working very hard on building my stamina in this routine. My lower back starts hurting so much during the 1st 3 moves (in & outs and bicycles-forward & backward). I have to work on that.
Food for today:
1. Kashi Cereal
2. Apple
3. Banana
4. Spanish rice w/ BBQ chicken (skinless thigh) and 2 C of garden salad
5. Fiber One Cereal Bar
6. And of course- Tons of WATER
hey girl make sure you are not over training.. Insanity alone is enuff to get you that body you want in just 60 days.. trust your Coach ;)
