Hey guys,
This thread is all about accountability, so telling the truth is mandatory. The last 2 days have been SHITTY!!!!! I haven't put in a full exercise since Tuesday and I haven't had the motivation to get up and do my A.M. workouts. So, I will be starting this week all over.
Now, because of my lack of weight loss, I've been forced to re-evaluate my weight loss efforts. As you already know I was doing P90x & Insanity. I have recently decided to only do INSANITY!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, this was a very difficult decision, b/c when I start something, I like to finish it. So needless to say, it was very difficult for me to give up P90x when I've already completed 1/3 of the process.
With much resistance, I've decided to listen to my fellow female beachbody friends and stick to Insanity. Considering the fact that I need to lose 80lbs- cardio is the way to go for me. I will do P90X again after I've completed Insanity.
So I'm making the switch- Insanity- here I come.
