Yeah Baby!
Today I hit Cardio P& R hard today. Of course it was a killer- but I pushed through it as best as I could.
Now I made a personal goal that I will try my absolute best to increase the number of calories burned every time I do a work out.
This week I was unsuccessful, but I tried pretty hard. Last week I burned 682, this week I burned 668. I guess I got to work harder next time.
