Thank goodness for today, b/c I had Cardio recovery. Cardio recovery is basically a low impact workout. All the other workouts during the week are fast paced, high enery workouts. CR today was low impact, but you will sweat during this workout. There are tons of pushups, planks, squats and lounges (uuuggghhhhhh).
I was sweating pretty hard today. After my workout today I decided to try my Shakeology greenberry sample that my coach sent to me. I mixed the following.....
1/2 packet of greenberry
2C almond milk
4 strawberries
1/3C of blueberries
1tbs honey
1tbs yogurt
splash of OJ
I blended everything together and got a shaker full. I'm not completely in love with greenberry. I can see that it has potential to be something great- if I can find the right smoothie mixtures. My only problem with it is that it has this chalky taste to it. I'm assuming if I add some ice to the mix it would smooth out a lot more. What do you thing? Any suggestions.

Baked chicken w/ collard greens
activia yogurt
cereal bar
brown rice w/ shrimp and veggies
Well I have 1 full day left before I do my weekly weigh in. I'm excited/nervous to see what Insanity has done to my body in the last week.
I still have to try the greenberry... but have no desire to after reading a lot of people's comments about how awful it is... LOL.
