So this morning I rolled out of bed at 5AM thanks to my sick dog, Cocoa who had to go to the bathroom and insisted that I got up to let her out. LOL. Anyway, changed clothes and pushed play. CPR WAS HARD TODAY. I felt as if I was moving in slow motion. I kept digging until I found my groove. Todays workout included floor sprints (my nemesis), globe jumps, moving push ups, squat jumps and a whole bunch of other things that made my legs extremely week. My favorite part are the sprints. I love it. I think I need to drink more water because I didn't start sweating until 15 minutes into the video. I'm usually covered in sweat by minute 4. So I drank a lot of water today.
After CPR I had a protein shake- chocolate w/ banana, natural peanut butter & flaxseed w/ almond milk. Yummo!!!
Grub for the day...
1. Protein shake
2. egg, turkey & cheese on ww bread
3. grilled chicken w/ cheese, lettuce & tomato. (1/2)
4. 2nd half of grilled chicken sandwich
That's all so far... but to be honest, I'm really not that hungry today. The sandwich I had for lunch (#3 &4) was huge. So I think I'll probably have a bowl of cereal or a shake.
Well, weekly weigh in & video is coming tomorrow guys. Wish me luck- I need it.
