Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!!!! Well as promised, I've posted my weekly results.
NOW that I'm using BB my weight is starting to move downward... it's slow moving.... but moving nonetheless.
Well I'm completely done with week 2 and I'm ready for week 3. If you guys have any tips or advice on food consumption... please send the info my way. :-)

Congrats on the .60lbs lost!!! You know it's better than nothing...As far for food consumption, I found this blog (http://coachmeganhale.blogspot.com/) she does insanity and uses shakeology; she has her daily meal and I hope it helps...Good Luck!!!
