Today is my rest day, which sucks b/c I got NO REST. I've been doing manual labor all around my house since Friday night and I just got done completing some of my tasks at 7PM tonight. SMH. Any how, I'm completely soar- from my Insanity workout yesterday and all the work I've done this weekend.
Tomorrow is fit test #2 and I'm super excited. I'll be sure to keep you guys updated as to how I did the 2nd time around.
Grub for today-
1. 2 Ihop pancakes w/ 1 egg & turkey bacon
2. Pear
3. Stewed chicken w/ boiled provisions (plantains, sweet potato & casava)
4l. Bowl of special K chocolate cereal.
I'll do better tomorrow. Have a great night guys.
