So there you have it...My most recent fit test. I struggled a lot during this work out b/c my muscles were really soar and my legs started to cramp up. I was doing a lot of manual labor over the weekend and I didn't get any rest until last nigh... so with that in mind, I think I did pretty good w/ my fit test. I'm looking forward to improving by leaps and bounds for my 3rd fit test.

Great job girl! I think sometimes your body is just tired in certain exercises... and you also could be doing them with much better form from your 1st day... therefore lowering your number too. I know that was the case for me and globe jumps... I stayed the same in those from 1 to 2, but I definitely used better form in the 2nd test.... 2 more weeks until recovery! Then month #2!!!
ReplyDeleteGirl, I'm just glad I was able to get through it. My mom was there cheering me on. I felt so happy. When I was struggling she would say "come on you can do it, just give me 2 more." she really motivated me. I was trying to show off for her. LOL. I'm trying not to think about month 2. Let me enjoy my month 1 glory days until Month 2 comes and smack me into another world. LOL.
