Day 21- May 9th

REST DAY!! REST DAY!! REST DAY!!!!

I did just that- I relaxed and enjoyed my day. All by my lonesome. I know today's Mother's Day- luckily for me, my mom wanted to stay home and catch up on some much needed rest. This worked out great for me b/c I wanted to do the same thing. So rest I did. I surfed the net, caught up on my favorite tv shows and relaxed my muscles. There was no way I was doing any sort of physical work today- not after that stunt I pulled yesterday (check below).

Today's food log is
1. Banana
2. Curried Chicken w/ 1/2 brown rice & grean beans
3. Nutrigrain bar
4. Curried Chicken w/ 1/2 C brown rice & green beans (yup- it was so good I had it twice)
5. Mixed berries shake

Not too bad if you asked me.... See you all tomorrow.
