Day 22- P90x & Insanity & Food Log

Thank You Lord, this is a rest week for P90x b/c I don't know how I would have enough energy.

Ok, let me catch you up. I'm officially doing a hybrid of p90x & Insanity. 6 days a week of P90x and 4 days a week with Insanity. I know it sounds like a lot. And maybe you're right, but hey- you can't knock me for trying. So I'm stepping into this mess with my best foot forward. I'm putting my exercise business out on FRONT STREET. Yes I'm crazy- maybe a little psychotic- but I'm determined to shed the pounds.

Today I had P90x Yoga X & Insanity's Cardio Power & Resistance. Whoa Momma!!!!

Yoga Feelings: I'm starting to enjoy more and more- it's still rather challenging, but I can feel the progression coming on.

CP&R Feelings: Oh dear God- why must I suffer. LOL. It's torture!!! But I enjoyed it very much. It was so fast paced that the time flew right by and I didn't even notice. I likey!!!!

My food intake for the day:
1. Kashi cinamon & raisin oats cereal
2. Carrots w/ peanut butter (natural)
3. Fiber One strawberry bar
4. Salad w/ ground turkey, tomatoes & fat free mozzarella cheese
5. Mixed Berries Shake
6. Curried Chicken (left overs from yesterday :P)
And of course- tons of water.
