Today was a "relaxing day". This morning I did P90x Core Syn- it was great. This afternoon I did Insanity's Core Recovery- great work out.
I forgot my delicous food at home today and I had to purchase food. So here's my food log
1. Toasted WW bread w/ eggs, cheese & turkey bacon
2. Banana
3. Chicken sandwich w/ house salad & balsamic vinagrette
4. Oatmeal
5. Whey protein shake.
On to Pure Cardio and Kenpo X tomorrow. Wish me luck.
