As I promised myself, I completed Week 3 workouts this morning with a BANG!!!!!
I am so damn happy today. I'm thankful to see another beautiful day and I SMASHED Insanity this morning. Today, for the first time ever, I completed the entire warm up without stopping. From start to finish I kept moving and pushed harder & faster with each round (3 rounds). My mind was on a whole new plain field today. I started the warm up with a good pace and gradually progressed to hyper speed- but I'm so shocked at myself. I completed the entire warm up w/o stopping. yyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for the res of the video- there were a couple of breaks- especially during those ski abs and floor sprints. Whew! My body is not too happy about those 2 moves, but hey- ya gotta do what you gotta do.
So week 3 is Done. 6 more weeks to go. On to week 4 guys. I hope you all are enjoying this great day.
Yes girl! No rest in the warm-up... which is such a workout in itself! You go!!! I sucked at ski abs at first too... but trust me, you'll be killing those too by the end of this journey! It's going to fly by....
