Day 34- Recovery Week ALMOST Over

Hey Guys,

I swear this week flew by with a blink of an eye. I promised myself I would enjoy this "recovery" week and take it easy before Month 2 comes and kick my butt into another universe- but low and behold... God had other plans for me and I've been rippin' and runnin' all week long. *sigh* Anyways- I completed my Core Cardio & Balance workout.  I got my heart rate up and the sweat started dripping- however- I kind of miss the days (the last 4 weeks) where I was panting and dying for breath within the 1st 5 minutes.  LOL

I have a relaxing day ahead of me... I get off of work early today so I plan on coming home and relaxing.

I think I may do another round of Insanity once I'm done w/ this one ( I still have 4 weeks to decide) but I'm afraid that I might get bored!!!! Is it possible- to be bored w/ Insanity?????? I don't know.  Only time will tell.  Have a great Friday people.

  1. Great job girl! CC&B is good... but doing it everyday bored me... and I agree, I missed the huffing and puffing of the regular workouts. But don't fret... you'll have enough of that Monday! LOL.

I hope I don't get bored in round 2! Guess we'll find out soon enough. Wish we were on the same schedule. :( Maybe when you go back to P90X, that is when I'll do it.

Enjoy your early day off of work girl!! I'll be posting later...

  3. Go Browne! You're doing a great job. I fell the same way when it's recovery day I want to work harder.

Insanity is on my list to do next.I heard a lot of about Turbo Fire I may end up doing it next year.

    Browne, what about ChaLean Extreme?

  4. Hey Mama, I never did Chalene Extreme- but it's on my list of programs to get- along w/ Turbo Fire. I hear Chalene Xtreme is great- the Divas swear by it- and you already seen there results. That will bring me to a total of 4 BB programs.

This is what I'm thinking of doing....
    1. Completing Insanity - Dig Deep!!!! (9 weeks)
    2. Next I'll do Turbo Fire (which I heard can be up to 20 weeks depending on the package of choice- What!!!! 5 months- damn!!!)- Cardio Madness (12-20 weeks)
    3. Chalene Extreme (resistance Training) (12 weeks)
    4. Insanity Round 2 (Cardio Madness) 9 weeks
    5. P90X (resistance training) 12 weeks

This means I would complete my schedule by....

JULY 2, 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoa!!!! That's a crazy schedule- I calculated that by including a 1 week break between each program.

This would work great- only if they don't come out with another program that I'll fall in love wih & will throw me off. LOL.
