I said.... FIT TEST #3 is DONE. OMG- first of all, let me tell you- I went into this fit test absolutely ready and motivated to kick some serious butt. I started of strong, however, right after the Power Jumps- I pulled a muscle in my left calf-so I had to take a quick 2 minute break to try to work out the kinks. So let me give you the specs of my Test :-)

Switch Kicks............55............46...............79 (holy crapola!!!!!!)
Power Jacks..............=40.........58...............64 (I squeezed out the last one when Shaun T said- stop)
Power Knees...............80..........89..............99 (yeah baby- I'm doing good)
Power Jumps...............16...........17.............35 (whoa! that's a huge jump)
Globe Jumps................7.............9................10 ( I bareley made it to 10- haha)
Suicide Jumps...............7............6................8 ( I really hate this move- my enemy #1)
Push up jacks.................14..........12..........15 (I was completely tired when I did this move. Whew)
Low Plank Obliques........34...........44...........46 ( I don't even know how I managed to do this)
Ok, so there you have it- I improved on ALL moves. I'm so happy and proud of myself. hehehehe. It's amazing the difference 2 weeks could make. So tomorrow I'm jumping in the Max Month and I'm still scared- but ready or not.... I gotta do it. Have a great night guys.
