So I'm super duper late with posting about my workout today. So lets start at the beginning.
1. I slept through my daggon' alarm- it was on vibrate for some reason which really ticks me off. I woke up at 5:30 and rushed to push play.
2. I started Cardio Max and I tried to put my all into it- but I was working with 4 hours of sleep and my body wasn't cooperating.
3. Cardio Max is hard core- In the time that I started working out there were no breaks. Thats right- NO BREAKS.
4. Now like I said, I was running off of 4 hours of sleep and I knew that I wouldn't be able to workout tonight- so I tried to push as hard as I could. Long story short I stopped at 25 minutes into the workout. I had to get ready for work (but I ended up late- Beachbody owes me some money-lol)
I enjoyed the Max Cardio workout that I did. It had me sweating up a storm. I burned 345 calories in 25 minutes. I'm so sure that I would have burned more had I continued.
Just so you guys know, I will try to post daily as promised, however, I'm expecting my fiancée to come home (after a very LONG time) so I have a lot of running around to do to prepare for his arrival. :-)

its so easy to burn calories with insanity. I love it. I just wish I could get straight threw. Always need 2 or 3 breaks lol.
ReplyDeleteDanielle- I can't do any of the Insanity workouts without stopping. The most I can do is complete the workout without stopping- but that's as far as I can go. Once I get into the work out- Oh goodness, I need many breaks. The one thing I would suggest is when you take your "break" breathe in deeply 2 times then jump right back in.
