Hey Guys,
So I've had a lot going on in my little world. So many things have recently changed.
For this entire week I have been running on very little sleep- still I manage to wake up and push play every day. But on Thursday, June 24th, I couldn't wake up if my life depended on it. I got exactly 4 hours of sleep and there was just no way I would be able to function and focus on the workouts. So Day 39 was my rest day.
On a personal note, Day 39 is the day I've been waiting for.. for a very long time. The love of my life arrived at Newark Airport at 9 PM and he's here to stay... YAY!! I'm so very happy to have him here and share the rest of my life with him. That's another reason why I didn't work out on day 39... I needed to reserve my energy for the "horizontal activities". LMAO.
So I woke up this morning, Day 40 feeling fully rested and energized. I got up and pushed play- even though all I wanted to do is curl up in bed w/ my baby, I knew that I had to get focused. So I hopped out of bed and into my workout gear and pushed play on my Max Recovery workout. MR was no joke. Just like Cardio Recovery, it had me working really hard. You have to focus on your form and try to do as much as you can. I really enjoyed this workout. My fiancée even came in and encouraged me a little bit. LOL.
So I'm back on track- and I'll be completing Max Month- week 1 on Sunday. Tomorrow I have Max IC. I'm ready ready ready.
I've missed you sunshine!!! But now I know you've been gone for good reason!!! So glad your fiancee is home with you!! I'm sure you got enough "exercise" on day 39 anyways! ;)
