Hey Guys,
Thursday- I completed Day 11- Cardio Recovery. My legs were tight and in pain when I was done. I"m so sorry I forgot to post an update about my workout. SMH.
Well today (Saturday) I completed my Friday & Saturday workout. For some reason, I didn't have the energy, drive or the will to complete a workout. I was only able to complete the freaking warm up. I asked my sister and husband to be my motivation. They were supposed to come home on Friday night and workout with me. Unfortunatley, they didn't have the drive to workout either. So I decided to give in. I wasn't going to work out on Friday night.
Saturday morning I woke up and did Friday & Saturday's workout. I burned a lot of calories and I had to dig really deep. LOL. I was exhausted but happy when I was done. The Cardio Abs was really good. My only problem that I have is the pain I get in my lower back. I had to stop frequently to avoid the pain. But all in all it was great. I loved it. I'm actually thinking about pushing play again tomorrow (Sunday). Let's see how I feel in the A.M.
