Day 7 is in the bag. Week 1 of Insanity is COMPLETE !!!!!

In other news..... I got my SHAKEOLOGY. Yup! I purchased the pack w/ both chocolate and greenberry. So I decided to jump right in and start my 3-Day Shakeology Cleanse.
On today's menu....
Breakfast
1. Green Tea
2. Greenberry Shakeology w/ Ice & 20 oz of water
Snack
1. Peach
Lunch
1. Chocolate Shakeology
2. Green Tea
Snack 2
Kiwi
Dinner
1. Large Garden Salad w/ Grilled Fish.
Don't forget... the 2 Liters of Water.
For those of you who don't know- the shakeology cleanse is 3 days in which you consume 1200 calories per day. It's difficult b/c you are only consuming 3 shakes a day & salad. When you're body is accustomed to eating the not so healthy foods.
So here's the basics:
3 Shakeology Shakes per day
2 Cups of Green Tea
1-2 pieces of fruit per day. Eat fruit between breakfast, lunch & dinner (optional)
1 Salad for dinner (can include fish or poultry)
No dairy (no soy, rice or almond milk)
Drink 2-4 liters of water per day
Low fat dressing (2 TBS only)
It is strongly advised that you don't participate in the shakeology cleanse while doing Insanity or P90X. Light- moderate exercise is acceptable.
Side Note: I plan on continuing my Insanity, but I'll be doing everything on a lower impact- moderate pace
So if you are getting started or even if you're in a recovery week or maybe you hit a plateau- try the Shakeology cleanse.
